Lake to River’s Vice President of Economic Development drives job growth and investment across the four-county region. With nearly 18 years at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, she led 214 projects, securing $6.2B in investment and 10,178 new jobs. Boyarko, a 2009 Leadership Mahoning Valley graduate, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University. She’s an active member of professional organizations and community boards, residing in Boardman Township with her husband Matt.
