The Director of Sites collaborates with JobsOhio and local stakeholders to identify and promote available sites and buildings across the four-county region, facilitating business expansion and attracting investment. With extensive experience in Economic Development, including roles at the Kentucky Cabinet of Economic Development and Euphrates International Investment Company, Neal has directly contributed to creating over 5,000 jobs and attracting $500 million in capital investment, particularly in rural and distressed communities. Previously a successful business owner and college baseball coach, Neal resides in Canfield with his wife Krista and their two daughters, Anna and Avery.
