Lake to River’s Director of Project Management spearheads efforts with Jobsohio and local communities to bolster business growth in the region. Formerly at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, Wilaj managed economic development projects and led the Mahoning Valley Logistics Council, driving collaboration and infrastructure projects. With prior experience as an Economist at the PRINTING United Alliance, he conducted research for industry leaders. Wilaj holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Financial Economics from Youngstown State University, actively engaging in community programs and enjoying outdoor activities.
