The Director of Talent Engagement leads the Regional Workforce Coalition, aligning educational institutions and workforce organizations to fill in-demand jobs across the four-county region. He also drives the region’s talent strategy, creating customized solutions for workforce challenges. With over 24 years of public and private sector experience in economic and workforce development, including leadership roles at the Workforce Initiative Association, Thomas P. Miller and Associates, and the Ohio Department of Development, Matt has helped secure millions in incentives and launch multi-state workforce initiatives. He holds a B.A. from Kent State University and the Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP) credential.
