Lake to River’s Vice President of Engagement and Investor Relations bringing extensive experience from his previous role at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber Foundation. He led impactful economic development programs like Steel to Scholars and Operation SOAR and initiated new endeavors such as the Eastern Ohio Military Affairs Commission. McGiffin also guided the Allegheny Intermediate Unit’s OnRamp to Remote Learning initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, he’s committed to driving growth in the Mahoning Valley. McGiffin resides in Poland with his wife Maura and their three sons.
