Sarah Leach serves as Lake to River’s Economic Development Coordinator. In this role, she manages the internal process for responding to real estate inquiries from JobsOhio and directly from consultants and companies seeking buildings or land, serving as the first point of contact. She also supports the economic development team by managing the pipeline of active leads, coordinating site visits and presentations, supporting sector planning with JobsOhio, and providing the accurate research, data and documentation that underpin every project.
Sarah joined Lake to River in 2025 as executive coordinator, managing executive administrative operations, supporting board communications and helping coordinate key initiatives led by the CEO and leadership team. Before joining the organization, she worked in hospitality sales coordination, gaining experience in contract management, event execution, client communications and marketing support.
The Boardman resident graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Youngstown State University.
