Eastgate Regional Council of Governments and Lake to River Economic Development partnered to assess the feasibility of a natural gas pipeline within the existing right-of-way of the State Route 11 (“SR-11”) corridor in the Lake to River region, stretching from Ashtabula County to Columbiana County.
